Many have asked what they can juice to help lose weightand get rid of various health problems, while regaining their health andvibrancy, so I made this list. (This is NOT an all exclusive list, so if thereis anything you think you can juice right now but are not sure, feel free toask. )
With all these choices, you won’t ever have to drink thesame juice twice, unless you want to. Use your imagination and see what greatcombinations you can come up with! Let me know what your favorite juices are.

Anything green, esp. dark green
Beets (one per day)
Cabbage (green and red)
Carrots (2 per day)
Cayenne Peppers (fresh is best)
Dandelion (you can use the whole plant)
Garlic (as much as you can stand)
Green apples (1per day)
Lettuce (dark green ones are best)
Onions (bulbs, scallions, chives, etc.)
Stinging Nettles (use the tops, don’t use anymore whenthey produce seeds; the kidneys can’t handle those)
Wild grasses (all cereal grasses with wide blades aregood, not the ornamental grasses from your lawn)
